DTTL Finance
Office Operations works closely with our professionals to ensure their ease and comfort at the workplace. Associated with the administration of offices and facility management, the individual should be able to manage a wide-range of Office operations including but not limited to those listed. The candidate should be highly organized with keen budgetary acumen and agility to quickly respond to situations and plan with foresight to continuously develop quality of deliverables and employee office experience.

Professional qualification
Preferred degree or higher educational qualification in Engineering / Project /Business management, Facilities, or related environment.
Work experience
Minimum 08 years of experience in Facility management & administration, preferably in a global organization. Must have experience managing vendors, facilities, projects and dealing with business leaders, employees & clients. Experience in hospitality industry would be an added advantage.

The key job responsibilities include the following
Office Experience
1. Maintenance & upkeep of all the Deloitte office facilities in Bangalore.
Maintain & provide high standard of services to enhance the experience in house keeping services, cafeteria , pantry, medical facility, mail room, fitness center, key rooms, stationery & other allied services. Support for internal & external events.
4. Collaborate with all the Service providers & vendors to ensure effective service delivery on day-day basis.
5. Ensure all new decisions/plans are implemented on ground.
6. Collaborate with other internal stake holders like Security, ITS, M&E, Business teams to ensure seamless operations.
Invoice validation in coordination with Finance team & clear for further processing.
Validation of requirements for routine operations & procurements.
Conduct & validate Quality & Performance audits and submit reports as prescribed.
Ensuring compliance with statutory, legal/regulatory/contractual requirements.
Advise service providers should be compliant with internal mandaorty trainings
Ensure compliance & preparedness for all Business Continuity Management plans.
Ensure service providers meet desired levels of service delivery & take ownership & accountability.
Lead & manage the transport operations.
Prsentation to different groups including new joinees about inhouse facilities, transportation etc.
Facilitate learning sessions, Client visits, walk throughs, external audits etc.
Ensure open communication and quick and accurate response to leadership requests as needed.
Practice suatainability in day-to-day activities.
Take up any other additional tasks/responsibilities as it comes up time to time.
Team Management
Provides support to other team members, as required.
Delegate tasks to the team members and co-ordinate activities within the team
Leading efforts to improve Customer satisfaction, quality initiatives etc.
Ensure that periodic check-ins are coordinated with team members & timely feedback is shared for their development.
Facilitate team members to attend necessary trainings.
Rewards & recognition for team members.
Actively participate & facilitate team well being.
